This is an application for a part-time management position. 4 days/week. Friday-Monday. Beginning pay is $17/hr to train and $20 there-after. This position is for independent contractors. Pay will increase with experience. Days and hours may be flexible when necessary. Hours will generally be 10am- 2pm which can be shorter or longer when needed.

 

Job description:

• General management of the studio, which includes but is not limited to; cleaning (every day, sweeping mopping, wiping down surfaces).

• Managing and organizing guest artists.

• Sending out newsletters.

• Updating our website (artists and merch inventory).

• Managing social media sites.

• Managing our email and sending projects to our artists.

• Some client scheduling for artists.

• Inventory/Ordering supplies.

• Misc. account management when necessary (PG&E, east bay mud...etc).

• Various other miscellaneous executive assistant tasks (paperwork of various kinds).

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in the arts/ tattoo industry.  We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic, communicative, organized, and has reliable transportation.  Long term commitment.  We want someone who grows with our company.

 

We require you have at least a high school diploma.  We also require you have efficient skills writing and speaking English.  Bilingual is a plus!
