"I tattoo because I love bringing to life art that makes people feel happier in their own bodies."

Arie came to tattooing through other creative outlets first: makeup, hair, clothing, then watercolors and pencils. The push came as a birthday gift, when her best friend handed her a tattoo machine and said, "Now you have to learn so I can get your art tattooed on me."

Five years in, she works in fine details, precise lines, delicate shading, and personalized designs. Florals will always have a special place for her, but she also loves fantasy-inspired designs, geometric precision, feminine portraits, poetic illustrations, and abstract work. She enjoys the creative challenge of making something unique for each client, fit to the body's movement and flow.

What she loves about Old Crow is the great vibe, the good communication, and getting to meet guest artists from across the world.

Her main ask for clients: don't rush the day. "Great tattoos take time, and asking how much longer it'll take only adds pressure. Bring your book, your earbuds, your favorite show, relax, and enjoy the experience."

If you're nervous to book: "This is an open and safe space for communication. We can always adjust elements, sizing, and placement, and I'll do my best to guide you with my experience and knowledge to create the best possible tattoo for you."

She studied biology for four years and nearly became a teacher. These days she zones out to an audiobook while she works. Her best meal after a long day: Brazilian food and a cold caffeine-free Coke.
